50% Flash Sales Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the 50% Flash Sales discount promotion (“Offer”) provided by QRecipe (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in this Offer, the customer (“you” or “customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Offer is available to:

• New business customers, both in the United Kingdom and internationally.
• Customers purchasing subscription plans or any of our services during the promotional period.

2.2 The Offer is not available to:

• Resellers or distributors intending to resell our services.
• Customers who have previously received a similar promotional discount in the last 12 months.

3. Promotional Period

The Offer is valid from 01/05/2025 to 30/05/2025 inclusive. The Company reserves the right to extend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Offer Details

4.1 The Offer provides a 50% discount on:

• All subscription plans.
• All services offered by the Company at the time of purchase.

4.2 The discount will be applied automatically at checkout or upon issuance of an invoice.

4.3 The discount is valid only for the first billing cycle or the first purchase of a service unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 All prices are subject to applicable taxes, which will be calculated based on the customer’s billing location.

5.2 Payment must be made in full according to our standard billing terms to qualify for the discount.

5.3 Billing is per annum

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 If you cancel your subscription or service:

• in the first three months, 50% of the deposited amount for the subscription will be refundable, refunds will be calculated based on the full (non-discounted) rate, minus services already rendered and 50% refund on unconsumed services
• between 4-6 months, 25% of the deposited amount will be refunded, refunds will be calculated based on the full (non-discounted) rate, minus services already rendered and 25% refund on unconsumed services
• over 6 months, no amount will be refunded.

6.2 No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the service after the Offer period.

7. General Conditions

7.1 This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

7.2 The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify or withdraw the Offer at any time.
• Disqualify any participant who is found to be abusing or tampering with the Offer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Offer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For international customers, local laws may apply.
