Description
A delicious brunch full of taste for bread lovers.
Ingredients
3 item Bananas, medium, item
3 item Eggs, chicken, white, raw, large, item
100 gr Sugar, brown
150 ml Sunflower oil
275 gr Wheat flour, white, self-raising
1 tablespoon (tbsp) Mixed spices
1 teaspoon (tsp) Baking powder
Servings scaling: 10
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180oC.
Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.
Mash the bananas with a fork.
Add the eggs while whisking the mixture.
Put the sugar into the mixture and keep whisking.
Add the sunflower, mix well with the whisk, and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the self-raising flour well with the mixed spices and the baking powder.
At the initial banana mixture, gradually add the mixed flour.
Whisk well until the mixture has a homogenous texture.
For the baking, use a rectangular loaf tin.
Grease the loaf tin with 2-3 drops of oil. This will help the baking paper to stick on the bottom. Use baking paper to cover the loaf tin's bottom and edges.
Transfer the banana bread mixture into the loaf tin.
Layer the surface of the mixture.
Bake it in the oven at 180oCfor 40 minutes.
Check if it's ready by inserting a skewer into the centre of the baking mixture. If it comes out clean, then the banana bread is ready.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool down before transferring it to a big serving plate.
