Description
Creamy lemon mousse with a fresh tangy flavour. This light delicate flavour accompanies you through the day.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cups Cream, fresh, whipping
- 0.50 cups Condensed milk, whole, sweetened
- 0.25 cups Lemon juice, fresh
- 1.00 tablespoon (tbsp) Lemon, zest
Preparation
- Put the cold whipping cream into a bowl.
- Use a hand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add the condensed milk. You can use a spatula to fold it until is well combined.
- Add the lemon juice gradually and repeat the folding until well combined.
- Serve it in small bowls and decorate it with lemon zest.
- Fridge it for 2 hours and it's ready!!!
