Ingredients
1 cups Cream, fresh, whipping
0.5 cups Condensed milk, whole, sweetened
0.25 cups Lemon juice, fresh beverage
1 tablespoon (tbsp) Lemon, zest

Preparation
For this recipe use plain fresh whipping cream which is gluten-free. Processed whipped creams or those with added flavours might contain gluten or have a risk of cross-contamination.
Put the cold plain fresh whipping cream into a bowl.
Use a hand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add the condensed milk. You can use a spatula to fold it until is well combined.
Add the lemon juice gradually and repeat the folding until well combined.
Serve it in small bowls and decorate it with lemon zest and 2 lemon slices cut in half.
